Extraordinary Ability Letter (O1-A / O1-B)

This expert letter assesses a foreign national’s accomplishments and qualifications, and describes how he or she has satisfied the USCIS requirements for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability. O-1 EOL can be used to provide evidence of a petitioner’s special expertise within his or her discipline. A discipline expert will evaluate a variety of factors that may include: the importance of international awards, publications, his/her educational background, membership in organizations that represent high achievements, awards, credentials or certifications, and other areas that demonstrate a petitioner’s high ability within her or his domain.
